“Yes, it is a bubble, and that’s a GOOD thing!”
Many long-time market veterans either struggle to identify today’s market environment as a bubble or flat out insist that it is not. We think the evidence is clear…it’s a bubble…and we talk about that and a whole lot more in this month’s video.
The two key takeaways are first, it’s okay to embrace the bubble, just manage your risk and don’t overstay your welcome. At the same time, due to the environment, don’t be afraid to take on some short exposure as well as there are plenty of really bad charts out there still!
Second, when this is over, there will be an EPIC shorting opportunity. This is no great forecast, since that is what has always followed similar bubble environments throughout history. The key though is to be patient and open minded between now at the top.
