The Trend Structure page breaks down the overall market by MOTR Group, highlighting where Up Trends (UpT), Up Bases (UB+ / UB−), Down Bases (DB+ / DB−), and Down Trends (DnT) are developing. This allows you to see where trends are strengthening, consolidating, or deteriorating beneath the surface.
Viewing Trend Structure across multiple timeframes is key, as a MOTR Group can experience short-term weakness that shows up as an increase in short-term Down Trends or Down Bases. If that selling does not spill over into the other timeframes and long-term Up Trends remain intact, buying opportunities in pullbacks may be developing.
When you want to answer the question, “How healthy is the market?”, the Trend Structure page is where to start.

The Best & Worst 5 pages are built to streamline idea generation and give you a clear read on MOTR Group breadth and daily leadership trends. Drawing from our roughly 3,000-stock MOTR Universe, the Best 5 page highlights the five largest intraday winners (price > $10) within each custom-built MOTR Group, while the Worst 5 page identifies the five largest laggards. Together, they showcase the day’s most impactful movers, along with each group’s average performance and percentage of advancers to provide immediate context.
