  • Our process leads us to a tactical exposure that is roughly balanced between longs and shorts, reflecting the "Mixed" regime identified by our Risk Gauge.
  • In that context, while tactical conditions are still 'good', they continue to grow 'less good', a potential precursor to a deeper pullback in time.
  • As stocks become more oversold, we will be watching for indications that the 'less good' conditions are inflecting towards 'bad'.
  • For now, we are comfortable being tactically long leading stocks in leading cyclical. . .
