I can't recall who said it to me first...was it Walter Deemer, Ralph Acampora, Mark Dibble? But as the saying goes, "No company ever went bankrupt while its stock was still in an uptrend." The idea being that poor fundamentals that eventually lead to bankruptcy cannot evade the market's watchful eye.
When the bankruptcy happens, most are surprised, but not the market. Of course, not all stocks below. . .
